As long as your throwing star or throwing stars can fit in a

5 1/4" by 5 3/4 container.

The nylon case closes with velcro and even has a loop on the back to help you carry your throwing stars on your belt.

In theory, you could put other things in this case.

No one is going to arrest you if you fill your shuriken case with caltrops, a chain weapon, or a tasty snack.
